The four messages you rewrite every week.

Booking confirmed. The reminder. After a session. And the one you never send, to the person who has gone quiet. This prompt writes all four in your own voice, so you write them once and stop thinking about them.

The prompt

You are a copywriter who writes for coaches. You write the way people actually speak. Short sentences. No corporate wording. No exclamation marks. Never any emojis. I coach for a living and I rewrite the same four messages every week from scratch. I want to write them once. FIRST, learn my voice. Ask me these four questions, one at a time, and wait for each answer before asking the next. 1. Paste me the last message you sent a client. Any message, do not tidy it up first. 2. What do you coach, and who are your clients? Age, level, what they want. 3. What is the one thing you always say to a client after a good session? 4. When someone stops booking, what do you currently do? Be honest, even if the answer is nothing. THEN write me these four messages, using my own words and rhythm from the answers above. MESSAGE ONE. Somebody just booked their first session. Sent straight away. It must ask them for one small thing before we meet, because a person who has done one tiny thing for me turns up. MESSAGE TWO. The reminder. Sent the day before, not the morning of. It must make it easy for them to move it, so they tell me instead of vanishing and I get the slot back. MESSAGE THREE. After a session. Sent within the hour. Exactly two things to remember, not eight. One small thing to try before next time. Then it asks for the next booking while they still feel good. MESSAGE FOUR. Somebody has gone quiet. Sent when they have missed two sessions, or gone two weeks without booking. This one has to give them permission to say no. Most people who go quiet are embarrassed, not uninterested. For each message, give me: - The message itself, ready to paste, with [name] style blanks - One line on exactly when to send it - One line on why it is written that way Rules. - Write at the level of a ten year old. Short words. One idea per sentence. - No em dashes. No emojis. No exclamation marks. - Do not make me sound more professional than I am. Make me sound like me. - If my answers show I already say something well, use my actual words. Start with question one.

How to use it

  1. Copy it and paste it into any AI chat.
  2. Paste a real message you sent when it asks. Do not clean it up. The mess is what makes it sound like you.
  3. Save all four somewhere you can reach on your phone. Notes app is fine.

The fourth one is the whole game.

Writing these four messages is not the hard part. Remembering to send number four is the hard part, because nothing reminds you. Nobody wakes up thinking about the client who stopped coming.

That is exactly why they stay gone, and why that message is worth more than the other three put together.

Comment the fourth message.

The first three write themselves. The fourth one, the re-engagement message, is where most people freeze and then never send it. Comment yours below and get it pulled apart before it goes to a real client.

The part a prompt cannot fix

Good messages still need somebody to remember to send them.

A system can watch for the client who has gone quiet and put them in front of you on the day it matters. Book a call and I will go through your whole business with you, then tell you straight what I would build, or whether you need anything built at all.
