How to have your information removed

You can ask SANNI SANNI SERVICES to delete the information we hold about you at any time, including anything received through Instagram, WhatsApp, our website forms or our booking system.

Option 1 — Email

Email hey@sannisanni.com with the subject Delete my data, and include whichever of these you used with us:

Your Instagram username
Your WhatsApp phone number
The email address you submitted

Option 2 — Message us

Send the words delete my data to our Instagram or WhatsApp account from the account you used to contact us.

What happens next

We delete your contact record, conversation history, form answers and booking records from our systems within 30 days.
We send you a confirmation once it is done.
We may keep a minimal record of a completed purchase where the law requires us to keep financial records.

Removing our app's access in your Instagram settings stops any new information reaching us, but does not delete what we already hold. Use one of the options above for that.
