Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information SANNI SANNI SERVICES ("we", "us") collects when you use sannisanni.com, app.sannisanni.com, or message our Instagram and WhatsApp accounts, and what we do with it.

Who we are

SANNI SANNI SERVICES is a business name registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria (Registration No. 9853715). We build operations and automation systems for coaches and service businesses. Contact: hey@sannisanni.com.

What we collect

Form submissions — your name, email, phone number, business details and the answers you give on our application and free-tool pages.
Messages you send us — when you message our Instagram or WhatsApp accounts, we receive the message content, your account identifier (Instagram-scoped ID or WhatsApp phone number), your display name and the time it was sent.
Booking details — name, email, phone number and chosen time when you book a call through Cal.com.
Purchase records — name, email, product and amount when you buy through Whop or Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.
Basic site analytics — pages visited and how you arrived, for example a link in our Instagram bio.

How we use it

To reply to your messages and enquiries.
To understand what you need and suggest the right next step, such as a call or a free resource.
To book, confirm and remind you about calls by email, WhatsApp or text message.
To deliver and onboard you onto a service you have bought.
To send follow-up messages about our services, which you can stop at any time.

Automated replies and AI

Messages you send to our Instagram and WhatsApp accounts, and answers you submit on our forms, may be processed by an AI model provided by OpenAI to draft replies, understand your enquiry and schedule calls. A person can review any conversation and take over at any time. Ask for a human in the conversation and one will reply.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that run our systems, and only as far as needed to do so:

Meta Platforms — Instagram and WhatsApp messaging
OpenAI — processing message and form content to draft replies
Supabase and Vercel — database and application hosting
Resend — email delivery
Cal.com and Google — call scheduling, calendar and video meetings
Slack — internal notifications to our team
Whop and Stripe — payments

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Instagram and WhatsApp data

Information we receive through Instagram and WhatsApp is used only to respond to the conversation you started with us and to manage your enquiry. It is not used to build advertising profiles, and it is not shared with anyone other than the service providers listed above.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your enquiry or client relationship is active, and for up to 24 months afterwards so we have a record of past conversations. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your choices and rights

Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
Ask us to correct it.
Ask us to delete it — see our data deletion instructions.
Stop follow-up messages by replying STOP, or by telling us in the conversation.

These rights apply under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and similar laws where you live. Email hey@sannisanni.com to use any of them and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Your information is stored with access limited to our team and is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
